Shipping Policy
  • We hope that you found the perfect outfit for yourself!  You will receive your Lizna piece(s) in a beautiful box along with a promo code for your next purchase.
  • All orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.  We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
  • Orders placed MondayFriday before 12PM CST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed MondayFriday after 12PM CST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the followingMonday.
  • Lizna.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on federal holidays. Currently, we are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

 

Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Lizna purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below or contact us for help with a return (customercare@lizna.com).
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All returns must have been purchased from lizna.com and returned in saleable condition (new, unworn and unaltered), including original packaging with original hangtags attached.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be issued by Lizna, LLC.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Lizna reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.

 

International Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping.
  • International orders may be returned using a method of your choice and at your expense.
  • Any customs, import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.
